Registering

Please click here to register. You will receive an automated response with your account number and password. If you  do not receive this within 20 minutes, please check your email spam or junk filter. You can have a reminder of your login details sent by entering your email into this page.

App

Please follow the instructions for downloading and activating our ColdWeb app for mobile devices here. Please enter the activation code CWGF2 when you download and open the app.

Ordering

When you place an online order your previous order will be remembered making reordering much quicker. Please keep our telephone lines clear as we are prioritising the vulnerable that have no online ordering facility. You can add to you order by logging back in to your account and adding the required items. Our system recognises you have an existing order and when you checkout you will only be able to select the delivery day of your original order. We have a minimum order of £40 and no delivery charge.

Payment

When you press the Submit Order button you will see the debit/credit card payment box below your order. Our Telesales Team will call you one working day before delivery to confirm stock availability and delivery date. Should you be unavailable to answer the confirmation call, we will process the order at the end of the working day before delivery.

We will deliver 2 days after order and we will prioritise the vulnerable. Our delivery drivers will drop your order close to your door and step back when you answer. They will keep to a 2 meter distance and will require a photograph as proof of delivery to observe the non-contact guidelines. Any delivery instruction you can give our drivers is greatly appreciated i.e. Leave in the garage etc.

Pack Sizes

We are splitting cases of bulk stock where possible for home use. When our Telesales Team calls for confirmation they will advise if your order contains pack sizes that are deemed unsuitable for home storage. Some customers are sharing larger pack sizes with friends and family members where safe to do so.

Stock Availability

We are managing our current stock fairly and will adjust your order according to our current availability. Please do not over order as we are receiving new stock daily.
