When you place an online order your previous order will be remembered, making reordering much quicker.
You can add to your order by logging back into your account and adding the required items. Our system will recognise your existing order and when you checkout, you will only be able to select the delivery day of your original order.
When you press the ‘Submit Order’ button, you will see the debit/credit card payment box below your order.
Our Telesales Team will call you one working day before delivery to confirm stock availability and delivery date.
Should you be unavailable to answer the confirmation call, we will process the order at the end of the working day, before delivery.

If you wish for a contactless delivery, please let us know – Photo ID will be required as proof of delivery, and we will take a photo of the stock.
Any delivery instruction you can give our drivers is greatly appreciated – leave in the store room etc.
